Do you do walk in appointments?
I am a one women show in a suite, so unfortunately it is by appointment only. If you are not seeing a time available that works for you, please email or text me at Diana.Wasilowski@icloud.com | 612-581-9098
What is a contraindication for treatments?
Every treatment has their own individual contraindications. Although no services can be preformed if client has any of the following: sunburn, botox/dysport or filler within last 2 weeks, sculptura within last 4 weeks, cold sore, chemotherapy or accutane within last 6 months.
Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.
What if I have to cancel my appointment?
I understand emergencies come up. Please cancel your appointment within 48 hours. Appointments cancelled/rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice, will be charged 50% of the service.
Cancelling or rescheduling 3 consecutive appointments will then require a non refundable full deposit to the following appointment.
Please respect my time as I respect yours. If you have to reschedule/cancel with less than 48 hours to your appointment for any reason, including being sick, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Thank you for understanding.
What do I do when I arrive?
If you arrive early please text me at 612-581-9098. You can stay in your car or wait inside of Phenix Salons. When I am all set up for your appointment I will have my suite door opened
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes! Thank you so much for thinking of me and supporting my business as a gift! E-gift cards are available online for purchase. E-Gift Card will automatically be attached to recipients account. Please reach out with any questions!
What if I come to my appointment with a contraindication such as a sunburn or recent injections?
Coming to your appointment with any contraindications, will require appointment to be rescheduled and charged late cancellation fee. Please reach out with questions.
What if I arrive late to my appointment?
Please prepare for enough time to get to your appointment. If you are running late or need help with directions, please call or text me as soon as possible.
10 minutes or later will be considered a no show and charged 50% of the service fee.
Appointment will still end at scheduled service time.

What is your return policy?
All payments of services and products are final with no refunds or returns. If you would like a sample of a product, let me know and I can send you home with one!
